AIJA – C and TRADE O.2, Shipping is Turning Green

In October, AIJA’s Transport Law Commission in cooperation with the International T.R.A.D.E. Commission, will host this year’s seminar focused on the environmental aspects of shipping and trade. This event will also serve as a follow-up to the last year’s transport law seminar titled ‘Sailing the digital wave’. It’s open to those who had the opportunity to attend last year as well to those who didn’t have the chance and would like to get the latest updates in this area.

The academic programme will cover various topics on environmental issues related to shipping, digitalisation of commerce and transportation processes, blockchain or latest trends in international commerce and finance. The seminar will be attended by international lawyers and leading experts in the transport, logistics and shipping sectors.

Diego de San Simón, from San Simón & Duch, will participate in the panel discussion titled «Environmental and legal aspects in marine accidents and abandoned vessels».
