Practising lawyer since 1995. Member of the San Simón & Duch office in Seville. He holds a Bachelor\’s degree in Law
from the Universidad de Sevilla.

He also holds a Master\’s in Corporate Legal Advice along with another one in maritime Law from the Universidad de
Cádiz.

Likewise, he has been granted the P&I insurance companies issued by the SKULD SCHOOL (Oslo, Norway).

Experience

His areas of expertise are maritime, transport and insurance Law. He deals with all kind of transactions, litigation and claims involving the interests of insurance companies as well as with the defence and representation of foreign P&I clubs.

In the academic field, he is a teacher of the Master\’s degree in Law Practice at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Pablo de Olavide of Seville.

He also teaches insurance Law in postgraduate courses organised by the Universidad de Cádiz and ASIDEM (Association
of Maritime Law Researchers).
