Practising lawyer since 1993. Member of the San Simón & Duch office in Valencia, he holds a Bachelor\’s degree in
Law from the Universidad Literaria de Valencia specialising in private Law. Besides, he has added to his training a
Master\’s degree in Port Management and Intermodal Transport from ICADE / IPEC.

Experience

His areas of expertise are maritime, commercial, bankruptcy and administrative Law.

He is also a member of the Spanish Association of Maritime Law and of the Division of Maritime Law of the Bar
Association of Valencia.
